Pure Barre Studio HVAC Installation – Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale
We had the opportunity to complete a full HVAC installation for a new Pure Barre studio located in the Live Oaklyn community in Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale.
This 1,900 sq. ft. buildout, completed in 2024, was designed to provide a comfortable and consistent space for both clients and staff.
Project Scope
- Installation of two 3.5-ton Carrier split systems
- Complete new ductwork system
- Air distribution devices throughout the space
- Exhaust ventilation system
- Fresh air intake ventilation
