David Sr. began studying HVAC in 1983 and started his career in the industry in South Florida shortly after. Beginning as a service technician, he quickly built a reputation for his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and attention to detail. After years of hands-on experience, he founded his own company in 1995—built on reliability, quality, and trust. Today, his leadership and industry knowledge continue to shape Nature Air Corp’s commitment to delivering dependable commercial HVAC solutions across South Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the globe and spending time with his family.

David Jr. grew up around the HVAC industry and developed a strong understanding of the business from an early age. While he briefly worked in the field, his strengths naturally led him toward operations and project coordination. As Vice President of Operations at Nature Air Corp, he oversees day-to-day workflow and project logistics while continuing the company’s family values of reliability and professionalism. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing pickleball, cheering on the Miami Heat as a die-hard fan, visiting Disney with his wife and two boys, and spending time with family.

Eli has been working in the HVAC industry since the age of 17, gaining extensive hands-on experience in the field over the years. His strong work ethic, technical knowledge, and practical understanding of commercial HVAC systems make him an important part of the Nature Air Corp team. Today, he helps oversee projects while continuing the company’s commitment to quality workmanship and dependable service. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, scuba diving, and spending time outdoors.

Daniel is the newest addition to the Nature Air Corp team, though he has been around the company his entire life as the son of founder David Perez Sr. He holds a Master’s degree in Music Performance with a minor in Nonprofit Business and is a musician whose expertise is in the flute. With a passion for social media, branding, and communication, he helps support Nature Air Corp’s growing digital presence and client outreach initiatives.

Ivis has been part of Nature Air Corp since she was 15 years old and has grown alongside the company over the years as the daughter of founder David Perez Sr. As Office Administrator, she helps oversee daily office operations, client communication, and administrative coordination. In addition to her role at Nature Air Corp, she is also a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner with a passion for health and wellness.

Raul brings several years of construction experience to the Nature Air Corp team, including owning and operating his own general contracting company where he specialized in remodel and build projects. As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, he helps oversee inventory, coordination, and daily operations to keep projects running efficiently. His background in construction gives him a strong understanding of jobsite demands and project flow. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the beach.
