Why is it important?
Routine maintenance is vital to the continual & proper function and performance of your air conditioning unit(s) (especially when relying on only one a/c unit to cool the space). Maintenance for commercial spaces are performed 4-times a year, by means of quarterly visits. Maintenance is required to maintain an active warranty status with the manufacturer and avoid disruption of operation.
For example...
Think of it this way... if you don't maintain your vehicle regularly, you can be certain that you'll be compromising your own safety and of passengers. Additionally, you will be causing damage to your vehicle, lowering its performance resulting in poor fuel economy, shortening its lifespan, de-valuing your car, and increasing running costs and costly repairs.
Well, guess what? The same thing happens to your air conditioning unit(s). Even though you may not see it because it rests on top of the roof, ceiling, or ground; that piece of equipment is running all day. Filters will get dirty, drains will get clogged, v-belts will lose tension, moving parts can get damaged, fuses are blown, capacitors go bad, motors malfunction, pressures drop, refrigerant levels run low, etc. All of these things can happen and without proper routine maintenance, your air conditioning system will eventually stop working.
Truth is, most service calls we get are found to be problems due to lack of maintenance. If your business resides in South Florida, don't sit on it, act now and get on a maintenance agreement before things get worse!
